Abstract submission
For participation at the conference, submission of a one-page abstract is mandatory.
The conference proceedings will contain the abstracts of the accepted papers.
Please prepare the abstract according to the template.
Registration and abstract submission can be made using the OpenConf submission system.
Abstract submission deadline is March 10, 2026.
Special session proposal
Special session proposals deadline is March 10, 2026.
Special session proposals can be made by sending an email containing the tentative title and topic of the session
and tentative paper titles to the conference email: team2026@ms.sapientia.ro.
Paper submission
Paper submission can be made using the OpenConf submission system.
Full paper submission deadline is May 15, 2026.
Conference registration
Conference registration fee is 250 Euro and includes participation, conference proceedings, coffee breaks, lunches, dinners and sightseeing. Sapientia University offers a discounted registration fee for students and PhD students to help their participation at the conference. For application send email to team2026@ms.sapientia.ro
